Owner’s representation
You are leading a project and you want it kept on track: its brief, its budget and its schedule. As your owner’s representative, Lagarde acts on your behalf: we define your needs, we bring the design team together, we make the call on every decision and we make sure each one serves the original ambition of the project, from the first study to the operation of the building.
Construction management
Design is entrusted to the architect of your choice; Lagarde delivers it. From the initial survey to the as-built documentation, we lead the technical studies and the works, we coordinate the contractors and we take delivery of the building, drawing on a knowledge of construction gained in the field, from the Compagnons du Devoir craft guild to the building sites of Saint-Barthélemy.
