Renovation of a contemporary house with three bedrooms and three shower rooms, TV lounge, kitchen, laundry room, pool and terrace. Construction of a one-bedroom bungalow and a separate two-bedroom unit, with a plant room and a four-car garage.
The project was designed to house company staff. The separate unit is built underground, a major technical constraint that called for close coordination of design and construction. Construction management by Lagarde.
